Wanderers was formed in 1997 with a view of promoting unconventional and offbeat holidays for the discerning traveller. Our tours are for those who would like to explore the land and its people, for those who wish to uncover the superficial layers that can never reflect the truth of a great culture and to finally discover the real gem that shines within. The idea is to show people a world that exists beyond brochures and boundaries, beyond luxuries and beyond imagination! Our company is registered as a private ltd company.

Our website and server is fully secured using industry standard security and following industry best practices. We have taken every potential measure to protect and prevent any loss/theft of data on this site. Data gathered on users is stored and backed up on secure service protected by the best firewalls available. Financial information is protected by HDFC payment solutions. All information we receive from you is regulated by our privacy policy.

The office is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs. However you can contact the travel experts anytime in case of an urgency/emergency. Note: We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We have very efficient team of travel experts who make all the arrangements in close cooperation with trusted local suppliers in each of our recommended destinations. After booking a tour package (online or offline), your designated travel expert will arrange all included services which includes accommodation, tours and other travel experiences along with any other custom services requested.

When you are ready to book, click “BOOK NOW” and input some basic travel details on the page of the package you wish to book. After filling in all the details, you will be redirected to our payment gateway for an advance towards your booking. Once the payment is done, you will see a page that indicates that we have received your order. Of course you can always contact us for booking assistance or send us an inquiry about a custom tour. You will receive an email that acknowledges that we have received your order as well as a receipt for your payment (if paid by card). You will then receive another email within two working days from your personal travel consultant including more details about your requirement. We recommend you do not book any flights until you have heard from your travel consultant as we could give you valuable advise/inputs in the trop design. Please note: All the packages showcased online may not be available at a given time, once you have paid the booking amount, we will check for the current availability and will proceed accordingly with either booking or informing you of alternate travel dates. It takes time to make all the arrangements for a complete travel package. The travel consultant must book or reserve each included service individually with each supplier and personalize each itinerary accordingly. For this reason, we encourage our clients to book as far in advance as possible to ensure that your preferred travel dates, accommodation class and additional activities are available.

You can send us an enquiry at any point on this website and our travel experts will contact you for your requirements. After a fair degree of interaction and careful planning, once the package is fixed for you, our travel experts will give you options to pay offline.

Wanderers offers the evolved traveller a wide range of unique experiences in over 100 countries around the world. Our website showcases many of these unique programmes. We carefully select them after thorough research, which includes our recce trips to these destinations and meeting our local specialist partners. At Wanderers, trips are designed for you with a fair degree of interaction and careful planning, you will have a single point of contact throughout your trip planning and execution stage. During the trip, if you face any problems and needs an amendment of a booking or a solution to a particular problem, a simple call to person from Wanderers who understands your requirements and with whom you would by now have a close personal bond will pro-actively work towards solving your problem with the help of our local partner. Wanderers ranks high when it comes to trip planning and execution parameters such as ability to handle complex itineraries, execution excellence, customer service, after sales management (proactive redressal of complaints/refunds if any), accessibility during crisis and for consultation, our range of unique experiences, knowledge of our sales and product team & personalization of (and during) the trip.

Our travel experts are always delighted and excited to tailor-make the tour packages as per your request and requirements. Needless to say, our travel advice and coveted consultations are greatly valued amongst the traveling fraternity. You will agree that working on tailor-made programmes requires a lot of time and effort and we dole out the best advise for your plans, hence it’s important for us to work on programmes that ultimately materialise in business for us and create a win-win situation for all concerned. Our transparent policy of curating tours to individual preferences, requires the client to pay us an initial deposit of Rs.5000 to enable our senior consultants to work on your holiday programme with immediate effect and guide/advise you through the process of finalising a tour. We will work on 5 itineraries (same country or a different country) as per your requirement and send it to you. If you wish to have more itineraries, then we will request for a further advance of Rs. 5000 for the next 5 quotes and so on. This deposit will be adjusted with the final amount payable for the trip to us. Should you decide not to proceed with the trip through The Wanderers, this deposit of Rs.5000 (for 5 quotes) will be charged as non-refundable Travel consultancy fee by us. We work on a consolidated package which includes accommodation, transport, sightseeing, experiences etc. which is clearly mentioned in the inclusions. We give separate costs only for Visa and flights.

We work on a consolidated package only and it may include flights, Visa, Insurance can be included as a part of the package. However, we do not cater to requests for only flights or Visas.

Flight fares are very volatile and keep on fluctuating as per availability. It is best to check and advise the latest fares at the time of booking.

We do accept payments in cash and issue receipts for payments up to 3 lakhs cash per person under the recent RBI rules. PAN card is required for any cash transaction above INR 50000/

As per the HDFC payment norms, a service charge of 2.07% will be levied on payments on our website with your credit/debit cards.

As per the Taxation norms in India, a Govt. service tax of 5% will be applicable if you book a packaged tour with us.

Every booking made with Wanderers is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline/operator/service provider, which may vary depending upon various reasons like time of cancellation, type of service etc and we shall convey the exact cancellation charge to you. Some booked services may be non-refundable. In such event Wanderers will not be responsible for any refund. Our standard cancellation charges are as below: 30 days prior to Tour departure date: 50 % cancellation. 29 -20 days: 75 % cancellation 19 days and below including no show: 100 % cancellation Cancellation requests received via email shall only be entertained. Consultation fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable. Discounts availed will be non-refundable. Any Trip changes and cancellations, if permitted, may incur increased prices and penalties.

We at the Wanderers are known for seamless execution and can ensure smooth and stress free holiday. Your holiday will be designed as per your liking and requirements. However for any unforeseen reason if anything does not go as expected, our travel experts are just a call/message away and will try our best to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

We do not have any scheduled groups tours for Senior, differently abled or LGBTs. However any package can be customised as per the special needs of any client, whether it is a senior citizen or differently abled.
