We have been in this 'vocation' since 1997 and have carved out a niche for ourselves in each of the above segments. Sales (MICE & FIT)
 
(1) Job Title: General Manager-Sales & Business Development- MICE
 
Number of positions: 1
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate (1st class or  MBA preferred but not essential for deserving candidates)
Work experience: 8-10 years of experience in MICE front-line sales either in the hospitality industry or in a travel / event company.  
Expected date of joining: Immediate
Job responsibilities:
• Generate MICE business in line with company targets
* Identifying and networking to generate business from new brands, achieving profitability.
* Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the event to ensure successful execution and the delivery of all elements as per the client's brief.
 
Candidate profile:
* Excellent presentation, communication and team management skills with an ability to build relationships in the corporate sector.
 
Compensation: 
* Commensurate with experience and industry norms: Salary + Variable Component

(4) Job Title: Manager- Domestic Tours (MICE Ops)

Work experience: Min. 3 years of experience in Operations Dept working on unique Indian itineraries (preferably MICE related)

Job responsibilities:
• To support the MICE Sales team with itineraries & costs for MICE groups 
• To assist Sales team in executing MICE projects in India
• To identify suppliers of unique MICE products, negotiate rates and services & place orders for the bookings
 
Candidate profile:
• Should have worked in an Operations team assisting a MICE team
• Ability to perform under pressure and execute MICE projects well within deadlines
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent knowledge of Indian Geography and passionate about travel
• Willingness to travel with the team to execute an event/conference

(5) Job Title: Sr. Manager-  Production, Events & Activations

Qualification: Graduate 
Work experience: 5-7 years experience in production in Events.

* Work on Costings as per the brief & elements of the design. Ensure that the Costing is cost effective & feasible. Get competitive quotes
* Be present at the Set up & ensure that Set up begins & flows as per the Production Schedule.
* Getting competitive quotes from vendors while working on a costing
* Vendor Contracts & Agreements
 
Candidate profile & skills:
*Good understanding of materials, fabrication knowledge, Vendor management & fair knowledge of the market.
*People Skills, Team management, Good Communication skills, Software Skills- MS Office, Autocad, Corel Draw, Operational efficiency

(6) Job Title: Manager- Event Design

Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate 
Specific Qualification: Professional course and working knowledge of softwares and orientation in 3D Modelling/Interior designing is essential.
Work experience: up to 3-4 years in 3D modelling and spatial design is preferable 
Expected date of joining: Immediate
Job responsibilities:
To convert/ sketch the design ideas of an incoming brief/pitch into a digital 3D design.
To prepare presentations for the sales pitch and support the production team during execution.
 
Candidate profile & skills:
Working knowledge of set lighting, materials used and measurements.
Proficient working knowledge of 3D softwares such as Autocad, 3D Max, and Photoshop
Orientation towards 3D and spatial designs.

Remuneration
We can't pay you more than our illustrious competitors NOR will you work for free (but we wont stop you if you want to). You will get what you deserve and a bit more (if the year is good and we witness a world devoid of terror strikes, market crashes, natural disasters etc). You will get ample scope to go beyond your brief as long as you keep the clients happy (as well as our accountant Partha). During the day we drive each other crazy and workload buries us. But we also have small parties when we can and go on picnics and trips, sometimes flying off on 'work-holidays' on 'Fams' or accompanying MICE groups to places like Kenya, South Africa, Singapore, Uzbekistan, China, Sri Lanka, France, New Zealand, Thailand (get the drift?).
